1957-2002
On
May 17, 2002, painter, surfer, friend Peter Schworer "dropped
in" on the Creator in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
A
surfers funeral was held for him at La Saladita Beach on May 29
- he is joined with the waves and will live on in the hearts of
his family and many friends, and in his joyous depictions of the
beaches, surf, palm trees and sunsets that he loved.
Pete was
a little like a cat with nine lives - we all just lost track of
which one he was working on...
